To upgrade an airgap installation, you customer will download the new .airgap package and place it on the server. By default, Replicated will look for this package in the same place they originally installed from. But on the console settings page, there’s a text box for the customer to change that location. You can deliver that .airgap package out of band and let them upload it, or you can provide them with a password to the get.replicated.com site where they can download it themselves. On the customer license page in vendor.replicated.com, you have the ability to set/get that password and a URL for each customer
