How To: Upload A Support Bundle for Replicated Support

This article describes how to upload a support bundle to Replicated Support.

Option 1:

[1] Login to Vendor Web: https://vendor.replicated.com/support

[2] Navigate to Troubleshoot, select Support in the upper right hand corner and select Submit Support Request:

[3] Upload the support bundle attachment.

Option 2:

You can bypass creating a support request and share the support bundle in Vendor Web.

[1] Login to Vendor Web: https://vendor.replicated.com/support

[2] Navigate to Troubleshoot, select Upload a support bundle.

[3] Upload the support bundle and select Share with Replicated:

Option 3:

[1] Navigate to https://support.replicated.com/

[2] If you have performed Option 1 in the past, you will need to submit a Forgot Password request to sign in.

[3] If you have not performed Option 1, you will need to sign-up for an account to sign in.

[4] Sign in and navigate to My activities

[5] Select Question/Support Request

[6] Create a Support Request and attach the Support Bundle
